Loved and Accepted, Wholly, Truly, Deeply by the One and Only King of Kings

"Your love is proud to be seen with me." (Steffany Gretzinger, Pieces). I was listening to this song in the "Have it All" album created by Bethel and this line struck a chord with me. There are people in this world that we don't want to associate ourselves with, Christian or not. There are simply just people that we don't want to be seen in public with for any reason. God doesn't do that. God loves to love those people that don't have a lot of associations in public, in the real world. God is proud to know you, regardless of what you've done (or haven't done). If you're one who thinks that it's hard to find friends, or stay connected to people because of what you've done, or because of what others think of you. Jesus accepts you. He wants you. He chose you. God came down for this very reason: to love the unloved. Think about the numerous times Jesus chose to befriend someone in the Bible. Those He casted demons out of, those who committed adultery, those who committed crimes, those who were frauds. He loved those people; those people that others didn't want to even come near to. If you feel like you're like that person; that unlovable, unreachable person, remember this: Jesus died for this reason: YOU. He accepts and loves you tremendously, He wants to get to know you better, He wants your heart, your world. Turn your self-esteem into Christ-esteemed. Let Him heal you; let Jesus take care of you. I guarantee that your relationships and friendships will change. Others will see the real you because of Christ in you. Don't give up hope, my dear one, trust and throw yourself into Him. Let Him figure out the rest. You are loved. You are accepted. You are His, forever. There will never be a time when Christ doesn't love you, doesn't care for you, doesn't care about you, doesn't accept you. Once you're in His kingdom, that's it. You're in. You're in the very palm of His hand, and He watches over you, He loves you, He cares about and for you, He is near you, He completely and wholeheartedly accepts you and is proud to be seen with you.
